AuraOurDream AI alternative: Aura vs OurDream AI
This page is for adults who use OurDream AI, or have tried it, and want to compare it with Aura. Both are AI companion apps for adults with photos of your companion. OurDream adds short video clips and voice, paid in its own coins. Aura focuses on conversation, memory and photos, with every photo included in Premium.
People look for an OurDream AI alternative mainly because of cost and limits. Reviewers estimate that real spending climbs well above the subscription once coins for video are included, and the free plan was cut sharply in August 2026. Some users also report memory slipping over weeks and sessions being stopped by moderation. OurDream's own site did not load during our checks, so the facts below come from independent reviews and are labelled that way.

- Images, video and voice all in one product.
Why try Aura
- Memory that lasts. Aura saves the facts you share — your name, your plans, what you like — and brings back the ones that matter in later chats, instead of relying only on a short chat window.
- A relationship that moves. Your companion’s mood shifts with the conversation, your relationship level grows as you talk, and your companion can message you first.
- Photos included. Ask for a photo and get one that matches the scene. The first photo from each character is free, and Premium unlocks every photo, up to 60 a day.
- Pay your way. Visa and Mastercard cards, and crypto (USDT, TON, BTC, TRX, ETH), with a neutral billing descriptor.
- Nothing to install. Aura works in any mobile or desktop browser, and can be added to your home screen on iPhone and Android.
- Free to start. 100 free messages a day and a free first photo from every character; Premium is from $4.15 a month on the yearly plan.
- Private chats. Conversations are never sold or used for advertising, and analytics session recording is turned off.
Every plan and token pack is listed on the pricing page.
Which one should you pick?
Choose OurDream AI if video clips of your companion are the main draw. Aura does not make videos, and OurDream's character creator is detailed.
Choose Aura if you want a companion you talk to every day, who remembers what you share, reacts to your mood and can message you first. Premium unlocks every photo, so the monthly price is predictable, and you can pay by card or crypto.
